All work is carried out by a qualified arborist and experienced team, with safety as our highest priority. Quotes & Pricing All quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry. If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances such as hidden structural issues, restricted access, or safety concerns, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will be discussed with you before proceeding. Payment Terms Payment terms will be outlined in your quote. Payment is due as agreed upon completion of services unless otherwise stated. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known hazards, underground utilities, or protected trees. Council Regulations Some trees may require council consent before removal or significant pruning. It is the property owner’s responsibility to confirm whether consent is required unless otherwise agreed. Site Conditions & Risk Tree work involves inherent risks. While we take all reasonable precautions, Affordable Tree Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss beyond the value of the services provided. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations where equipment and crew have already been scheduled. Clean Up Unless otherwise agreed, green waste removal will be included in the quoted service. Mulch can be left onsite upon request. Website Use
